Key Responsibilities: Elevating HR Operations to New Heights

Process Enhancement & Implementation

Develop and implement robust HR processes across all four nursing home locations, ensuring consistency and efficiency
Design and execute bonus program implementation and administration, driving employee engagement and retention
Create standardized procedures for consistent HR operations across facilities, promoting a culture of excellence
Support compliance with healthcare industry regulations and nursing home requirements, safeguarding our organization's reputation


Attendance & Payroll Support

Verify and monitor employee attendance across all four facilities, ensuring accuracy and reliability
Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records, maintaining the trust of our employees
Generate attendance reports and identify patterns or discrepancies, providing valuable insights for management
Support payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating exceptional customer service


Administrative & Operational Support

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Assist with recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes for nursing staff, contributing to the success of our teams
Support benefits administration and employee communications, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
Generate HR reports and analytics for management decision-making, driving business growth and improvement


Software Management

Utilize AOD software for daily HR operations and reporting, maximizing efficiency and productivity
Manage attendance tracking systems and ensure data accuracy, minimizing errors and discrepancies
Support implementation of new HR technologies and systems, staying at the forefront of industry trends


The Ideal Candidate: A Blend of Experience, Skills, and Passion

Required Qualifications

AOD Software Experience: Proven experience with AOD software systems for HR/payroll operations, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and applications
Minimum 2-3 years of HR assistant or administrative experience, preferably in healthcare, with a track record of success in HR process improvement
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrating a high level of professionalism
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management, with a strong analytical mindset
Understanding of payroll processing and attendance verification procedures, with experience in managing complex HR systems
Knowledge of healthcare industry HR practices and compliance requirements, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on regulatory changes


Preferred Qualifications

Veventiam Software Experience: Experience with Veventiam software systems is a strong plus, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies
Previous experience in nursing home or long-term care facility operations, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, showcasing a commitment to ongoing education and professional development
Experience with multi-site HR operations, with a proven ability to manage complex HR systems across multiple locations
