• * Assist in payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets and employee details.
• * Support performance evaluation processes by organizing data and assisting with documentation.
• * Help coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
• * Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR operations.
• * Perform other administrative tasks to support the HR team as needed.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.

• * Internship or administrative experience in HR is a plus.
