Job Title: Remote HR Assistant Job Description Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing world-class HR support. As part of the HR Live Support team, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional Leave of Absence, Disability, and HR services to employees globally. This role involves handling inquiries through various channels, including phone, web, and chat, ensuring accurate and timely responses. Responsibilities • Take ownership of employee contacts, resolving them with a high degree of problem-solving and customer focus. • Receive and resolve inquiries via phone, chats, and emails as the first point of contact for Leave, Disability, and related issues. • Utilize available documentation to resolve inquiries and escalate when necessary. • Build trust with employees through empathetic, personalized conversations. • Respond to issues arising during leave events, ensuring proper communication and documentation. • Use judgment and critical thinking to balance process adherence with employee needs for disability and leave requests. • Collaborate with partner teams on process improvements and policy updates. Essential Skills • Excellent communication and people skills. • Strong customer service and support experience. • Ability to demonstrate empathy. • Proficiency in research to find answers and information. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience dealing with customers and using empathy skills. • Proven ability to adapt to changing workloads in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with strict data privacy adherence. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Work Environment This position is 100% remote, requiring candidates to have a dedicated workspace at home. During the training and nesting period, being on camera is expected. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
