Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Hospitality Sales Coordinator with a strong background in B2B sales and group bookings. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual passionate about hospitality and client relations, with the ability to manage remote sales operations effectively. You will be responsible for handling large-scale bookings, building and maintaining B2B client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic outreach and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate group bookings, corporate accounts, and B2B hospitality packages.

Identify and engage potential business clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.

Develop tailored proposals and pricing for group and corporate bookings.

Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and booking details in CRM software.

Collaborate with hotel and venue partners to confirm availability, negotiate rates, and ensure service excellence.

Generate sales reports and present progress to the sales leadership team.

Continuously monitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Support marketing campaigns and contribute to the development of sales materials.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales, or related field (preferred).

Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly B2B sales and group travel coordination.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills—verbal and written.
