[Remote] Home Loan Specialist
Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Home Loan Specialist to support various Channels. In this role, you will facilitate efficient processes that align with business and customer service objectives, performing tasks such as data entry, document validation, and handling communications. Responsibilities • Perform routine data entry and validation tasks • Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.) • Review and validate loan documents • Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses • Monitor work queues and intervening as needed • Perform other related duties as required and assigned • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values Skills • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience • Proficiency in bolthires Office • General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred Company Overview • Ultimate Staffing specializes in clerical, administrative, customer service, and manufacturing and production positions.It was founded in 1994, and is headquartered in Orange, California, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
