Position Overview
The Home Health RN Document Integrity Specialist is responsible for all quality assurance related external audits in adherence with regulatory standards.
ā¢ *Work from home, remote positon, but you must live in one of the states where Aveanna currently operates.
Essential Job Functions
ā¢ Perform internal audits
ā¢ Address nonconformities from previous internal and external audits
ā¢ Conduct a management review of the quality system
ā¢ Follow up on and close pending preventative and corrective action requests
ā¢ Ensure that organizational systems and training are in place
ā¢ Prepare for audits
ā¢ Verify that documentation and design controls are appropriate for Aveanna
ā¢ Administer document control and configuration management systems
ā¢ Oversee established calibration and test programs
ā¢ Assist the management team and provide support as necessary
ā¢ Maintain a design history file
Requirements
ā¢ Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse License
ā¢ Extensive home care or hospice experience
Preferences
ā¢ A minimum of three years home health QA or clinical management experience
