About This Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of the brands we serve, handling incoming inquiries, following up on client cases, and ensuring that every customer receives the high-quality support they deserve. Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the arenaflex customer service team, you will be responsible for:


Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
Following up on client cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Documenting all interactions in our customer relationship management system with attention to detail
Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience
Staying current on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information
Meeting or exceeding performance metrics including customer satisfaction scores, average handle time, and first-call resolution rates
Participating actively in team meetings, training sessions, and quality assurance reviews
Adapting to changing customer needs and evolving service requirements with flexibility and enthusiasm
Contributing to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues
Maintaining a professional home office environment that enables you to deliver exceptional customer experiences


Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following essential requirements:


Technical Requirements: A computer running an authentic, validated, or native copy of Windows 10, Windows 11, or the most current macOS (Mac computers cannot be more than 5 years old)
Equipment: A USB headset with microphone, a webcam for video conferencing, and at least one monitor that is 15 inches or larger
Internet Connection: Minimum download speed of 2 Mbps and upload speed of 1 Mbps; a direct Ethernet connection is strongly preferred over Wi-Fi
Physical Capability: Ability to sit for extended periods of time while performing job duties
Manual Dexterity: Comfortable using keyboard and mouse for prolonged periods
Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with 80% accuracy
Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free home office environment suitable for professional customer interactions
Location: Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (excluding Santa Fe County), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin
