You’ll be working with hot, inbound leads (homeowners who already have solar installed). Your job is to guide them through our proven process, uncover opportunities, and help them reclaim their financial freedom. This isn’t outbound calling, but we want people who could crush in that environment because of their drive, energy, and persistence. Key Responsibilities • Engage with homeowners who already own solar through structured consultative calls. • Review client documents and identify unclaimed incentives, upgrades, and cost-saving opportunities. • Communicate findings in a clear, professional, and persuasive way. • Keep accurate records in our CRM and follow up consistently. • Work with a motivated, high-performing team to deliver client success. Requirements • Strong background in high-ticket or commission-based sales. (Solar experience is not required.) • Comfort engaging people by phone and text—confident, persuasive, and relentless when it comes to closing. • Committed to working a minimum of 35 hours per week. • Self-motivated and reliable in a remote setting (PC/laptop, Wi-Fi, quiet space, camera & mic). • Resilient, coachable, and laser-focused on results. • Comfortable with a 100% commission structure (Great performers make $5,000–$15,000 weekly).
