Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions via phone, email, or chat.

  • Maintain detailed records of support interactions and solutions in our ticketing system.

  • Keep up to date with industry trends and technologies to provide up-to-date support.

  • Assist in the creation of support documentation and knowledge base articles.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Help Desk Specialist or in a similar customer support role.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.

  • Familiarity with common business software applications and hardware.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

  • Availability for part-time shifts (20-25 hours per week) with flexible scheduling options.
