Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve technical support inquiries from clients via phone, email or chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Provide timely and accurate updates to clients on the status of their support tickets
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all support activities
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills... through ongoing training and development
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Extensive knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with remote support tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
