[Remote] Hearing Care Consultant

The Hearing Care Consultant will support the team by conducting fittings and tests, educating clients on hearing aids, and maintaining relationships with customers. Responsibilities Conduct simplified fittings, hearing tests, and adjusting over-the-counter hearing aids Educate clients on the most effective ways to use and benefit from our Over-the-Counter hearing aids Guide patients through app installation and pair hearing aids through Bluetooth Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients Address customer questions and objections with confidence, helping them feel comfortable moving forward with a purchase Skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S At least one year of relevant experience, college graduates welcome to apply!
