REMOTE Healthcare Workday FINANCE Systems Analyst
A reputable community hospital located in warm and coastal Northern California is actively seeking for an experienced Remote Workday Finance Systems Analyst! The Remote Workday Finance Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Workday Finance solutions. The Remote Workday Finance Systems Analyst will ensure data integrity, security, and process efficiency in alignment with technology with business functional goals and objectives. The Remote Workday Finance Systems Analyst will include tasks related to Workday troubleshooting and support, configuration, data conversion and integrations, and system administration. The Workday Finance Systems Analyst reports to Information Technology and serves as a technical point of contact for stakeholder departments of the hospital with Workday Finance, Accounting, and Materials Management. The Remote Workday Finance Systems Analyst will play a lead role in the implementation and support of systems initiatives and participate in vendor evaluations and assessments. The Workday Finance Information Systems Analyst will participate in scheduled systems upgrades, including test plan development, regression/patch testing, and reviewing and prototyping new functionality. The Remote Workday Finance Systems Analyst will support change management activities, including authoring user documentation and facilitating training sessions. The Workday Finance Information Systems Analyst will gather and qualify business requirements and recommend solutions in collaboration with partnering teams (IT, Payroll, HR) while analyzing existing workflows, document and streamline processes. The Remote Workday Finance Systems Analyst will perform system configurations and maintenance Assist with the development and maintenance of a reporting repository and supports reporting and analytics requests. The Workday Finance Information Systems Analyst will contribute to the maintenance and accuracy of systems data, in the form of data loads and audits. The ideal candidate for Remote Workday Finance Systems Analyst should have Workday certification required in Workday Administrator, Financial Functional Lead, or Procurement Functional Lead. The Workday Finance Systems Analyst should have 2 years' experience building and supporting Workday solutions required, preferably in a healthcare environment with experience working with a variety of business functional areas such as payroll, finance and supply chain.
