Key Responsibilities
Ā Identify and attract skilled healthcare professionals, including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Physicians.
Ā Build and maintain strong partnerships with various private healthcare organizations and prominent hospital systems, facilitating effective placements.
Ā Manage a diverse range of provider roles, focusing on both full-time and part-time opportunities to accommodate client requirements.
Ā Collaborate closely with fellow system-based recruiters across our offices in Rochester, NY, North New Jersey, and Atlanta, GA.
Ā Receive mentorship and support from our leadership team, composed of seasoned medical professionals and senior healthcare executives.
Ā Oversee the management of 15 to 20 active searches concurrently, employing your exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. This involves negotiating compensation packages and aiding in the onboarding process for candidates.
Ā Participate in occasional travel, estimated at up to 10% of your time, as needed for client engagements.
