Maintain meticulous records of recruitment activities within our applicant tracking system, including applicant flow, interviews, hires, and separations. Negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates to facilitate successful placements. Expand our network by attending job and career fairs and maintaining communication with healthcare organizations and professional associations. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of experience in professional recruitment, sales, sourcing, or social media. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
