About the position Responsibilities • Send authorization forms to members using the Fulfillment Order System • Review submitted forms to authenticate member identity and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements • Enter required data into clinical applications accurately and efficiently • Fulfill orders created by clinical teams by placing them in the Fulfillment Order System • Maintain tracking of received data and source documents • Verify and interpret data prior to entry and follow up on inconsistencies or incomplete submissions • File and route documents appropriately after data entry • Respond to inquiries related to entered data Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • High attention to detail and quality control • Strong organizational and time management skills • A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!) • Ability to pass a background check and drug test • Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door Nice-to-haves • Large corporation experience • Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience Benefits • Weekly pay • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • Voluntary Life and AD&D coverage • Paid Training • Opportunity for advancement upon performance and availability Apply tot his job
