We are on the lookout for a driven Project Manager to be a vital addition to our esteemed Project Management Office (PMO) team. In this remote position, you will collaborate with various cross-functional groups, including Business Analysts, Development, QA, Sales, and Executive Leadership, to effectively manage and execute software projects. Key Responsibilities
Ā• Spearhead client communications, establishing clear expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Ā• Act as the primary liaison for clients, fostering strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
Ā• Define and oversee project deliverables, tasks, and timelines, ensuring efficient coordination and progress monitoring.
Ā• Develop and present training materials to facilitate seamless project implementation.
Ā• Work closely with clients to gather comprehensive business requirements.
Ā• Coordinate collaboration across teams to guarantee smooth project execution.
Ā• Partner with Product Management to align product vision with client needs, delivering superior solutions.
Ā• Provide regular project updates and status reports to executive leadership.
Ā• Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure documentation accurately reflects client requirements and is accessible to Development and QA teams.
Ā• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes following established protocols.
Ā• Lead the estimation of development efforts and track project milestones.
Ā• Prioritize and resolve bug reports effectively.
Ā• Facilitate training for team members to promote continuous improvement.

Required Skills
Ā• Strong technical proficiency, including familiarity with sFTP, APIs, file formats, GUIDs, integrations, and HTML.
Ā• Demonstrated experience in implementing SaaS or enterprise software applications.
Ā• Knowledge of the specialty pharmacy sector or related fields is advantageous.
Ā• Proven track record in consulting for external clients and managing client-centric projects.
Ā• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with minimal supervision.
Ā• High ethical standards and personal integrity.
Ā• Competent in data analysis, business analysis, and financial analysis.
Ā• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
Ā• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).

Qualifications
Ā• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Ā• 3-5 years of experience in managing complex software projects, including client-facing roles.
Ā• Experience with Agile software development methodologies is a plus.
Ā• Familiarity with the specialty pharmacy industry is preferred.
Ā• Outstanding organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ā• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus among diverse team members.
Ā• Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
