[Remote] Healthcare Operations Support Specialist (SCA)

The Healthcare Operations Support Specialist will perform activities related to healthcare audit client inventory, such as claim re-pricing and client inquiries, while supporting operational and strategic business initiatives. Responsibilities Monitors internal and external reports and take specific actions based on the information Responds to client correspondence and email request for information Maintains provider information Re-prices claims using client contracts and systems Creates, documents, and modifies processes for new and existing clients as needed Participates in special ad hoc projects and program initiatives as assigned Contributes to team effort by completing assigned projects on time Receives feedback and adjusts work priority as necessary Performs other duties as assigned Skills High School Diploma/GED is required Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Good critical thinking, questioning, and listening skills; excellent attention to detail Problem-solving and task management skills Time management skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, while completing work within allocated time frames Ability to handle changing situations and work within a diverse group Strong bolthires Office suite knowledge Ability to work independently but also as a member of a team Ability to meet objectives with minimal supervision Strong technical skills are desired Ability to work effectively with diverse teams is desired Can meet objectives with minimal supervision Experience using bolthires Excel and other bolthires Office applications Must submit to, and pass, a pre-hire criminal background check and drug test (applies to all positions) Ability to obtain and maintain client required clearances, as well as pass regular company background and/or drug screenings post-hire, may be required for some positions Some positions may require the total absence of felony and/or misdemeanor convictions Must not appear on any state/federal debarment or exclusion lists Must complete the Machinify Teleworker Agreement upon hire and adhere to the Agreement and all related policies and procedures Some college, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Health care data analysis experience including gathering and documenting requirements for projects of all sizes a plus Benefits Medical Dental Vision HSA/FSA options Life insurance coverage 401(k) savings plans Family/parental leave Paid holidays Paid time off annually Company Overview Billions of dollars are lost each year to waste, improper payments and unpaid debts.It was founded in 1976, and is headquartered in Livermore, California, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
