About the Role:
The Healthcare Digital Mailroom Specialist plays a critical role in managing high volumes of mail and documents in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mail, maintaining high levels of quality production, and meeting productivity metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and coordinate mail according to guidelines
Maintain high levels of quality production, meeting hourly KPIs
Perform electronic indexing and scan processed documents
Create and validate envelope tracking and barcodes
Provide outbound customer service and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of data entry and/or processing experience preferred
Ability to type 35-40wpm with 95% accuracy
Basic computer literacy or ability to quickly learn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
