What You'll Do in This Role

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative working from the comfort of your home, you'll play a vital role in supporting members of one of our leading healthcare insurance plans. Your responsibilities will include:


Providing exceptional inbound customer support to members seeking assistance with their healthcare coverage and insurance benefits
Addressing inquiries with empathy and compassion, including questions about benefits, eligibility, appeals, and grievance processes
Troubleshooting medical device-related issues and providing technical guidance to help members resolve their concerns efficiently
Accurately assessing member needs by actively listening and gathering relevant information to provide comprehensive solutions
Navigating multiple computer systems with efficiency and accuracy to retrieve member information and document interactions appropriately
Maintaining a strong customer-focused approach while balancing productivity metrics and quality standards
Collaborating with team members and utilizing available resources to ensure the best possible outcomes for every member interaction
Representing arenaflex with professionalism, delivering expert customer experiences while embodying our commitment to excellence

Who We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications


A genuine passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation that puts members at the center of every interaction
Minimum of 6 months customer service experience in any industry – healthcare experience is a plus but not required
High School diploma or GED (verifiable) as a minimum educational requirement
Basic computer navigation skills and comfort with learning new software systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – with the ability to explain complex information clearly
Strong problem-solving abilities and the initiative to find solutions for members
Residency in the United States with a valid U.S. address for work-from-home arrangements


Preferred Qualifications


Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or related customer service roles
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare industry practices
Experience with multi-system navigation and CRM platforms
Bilingual capabilities (especially Spanish) – though not required, this is a valuable asset
