[Remote] Healthcare Customer Service Collections Self Pay

Cognizant is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Collections – Self-Pay representative to assist clients' customers with their outstanding balance accounts while providing exceptional customer service. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing patient disputes, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
