Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Python, and R to communicate complex data insights effectively.
Apply advanced statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business development, to identify data needs and develop robust solutions for data collection and analysis.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the data lifecycle, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
Provide strategic recommendations to support patient care improvement, operational optimization, and business growth.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in data analytics and healthcare, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, with a focus on healthcare or claims analysis.
Minimum 3 years of experience in OHSA claims and/or occupational claims analysis.
RN or LPN preferred, with nursing experience or healthcare industry experience highly valued.
Proficiency in Excel, Python, R, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and analysis of large, complex datasets.
Familiarity with advanced analytical techniques, including statistical modeling and machine learning.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a self-starter.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
