**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers
* Navigate multiple systems to resolve customer issues, including insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges
* Provide real-time support during time-sensitive situations
* Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while maintaining a distraction-free work environment
* Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and deliver comprehensive solutions
* Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
