Job Summary & Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, customer-focused telephonic service, utilizing knowledge of procedures and systems to meet and exceed member satisfaction
Consult with members to support easy navigation of online tools, including account balance checks and claim submissions
Resolve issues without management intervention, removing barriers for members and ensuring a seamless experience
Protect sensitive member information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Prioritize effectively to meet member service goals and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in customer service, with prior call center experience preferred
Comfortable learning new systems and technologies, with basic computer knowledge and skills
Ability to learn, memorize, and retain information, with excellent oral and written communication skills
Basic understanding of medical/reimbursement terminology preferred, with ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills, with ability to work overtime as needed
