We are expanding and looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want to build a rewarding career in health insurance sales. As a Remote Health Benefits Advisor, you will help individuals and families across the U.S. find coverage that fits their needs—while working 100% remotely.
This opportunity is designed for professionals who are ready to follow a proven system, stay consistent, and take ownership of their results.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact warm leads and consult with clients about their health coverage needs
• Educate individuals and families on available insurance options (private and supplemental plans)
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining compliance standards
• Participate in virtual training, team meetings, and mentorship sessions
