[Remote] Head Transformation & Strategy Officer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Confidential Careers is seeking a Head Transformation & Strategy Officer to lead the development and execution of the organization’s long-range strategy and transformation agenda. This role is responsible for overseeing corporate strategy, strategic execution, and business intelligence to drive growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
• Lead the enterprise strategic plan and long-range roadmap to drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage
• Oversee the transformation agenda, applying agile methods to modernize processes and improve operational performance
• Direct evaluation and development of new products, services, and business models
• Own enterprise-level business intelligence, including dashboards, analytics, and executive insights
• Ensure strong linkage between data, strategy, execution tracking, and measurable outcomes
• Establish and monitor enterprise performance metrics to guide decision-making
• Oversee implementation of technologies that enhance scalability, efficiency, and customer experience
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the organization
• Serve as executive lead for incubation-stage businesses, owning early-stage strategy, prioritization, and resourcing until transition to dedicated leadership
• Communicate strategic priorities and transformation updates to drive alignment, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; perform other duties as needed
Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or related field
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, transformation, corporate development, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide strategic planning and transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical, communication, and change leadership skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business outcomes
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Master's degree (MBA or related discipline)
• 15+ years of experience in corporate strategy, transformation leadership, or executive-level strategic roles
• Experience in corporate development, M&A evaluation, or integration leadership
• Experience leading business intelligence, analytics, or enterprise insights functions
• Experience in incubating or scaling new business ventures (if applicable)
