Guest Service Representative Responsibilities:
Ā Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
Ā Administering check-ins and check-outs.
Ā Providing front desk services to guests.
Ā Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties.
Ā Delivering mail and messages.
Ā Processing guest payments.
Ā Coordinating with bell service and staff management.
Ā Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice.
Ā Processing meal and beverage requests.
Ā Accommodating general and unique requests.
Ā Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.
Qualifications
Guest Service Representative Requirements:
Ā High school diploma or GED.
Ā 2+ years of customer service experience.
Ā Certificate or diploma in hospitality advantageous.
Ā Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ā Good time management and organizational skills.
Ā Conflict resolution experience.
Ā Patience and good listening skills.
