The GTM Manager will define the company's communication strategy, engage the AI community, and build the brand through social media, content, and events.ResponsibilitiesManage and operate Abaka AI and 2077AI social media accounts across LinkedIn and X/TwitterPlan, draft, and publish timely PR content related to new dataset and product releases, benchmark results and leaderboard wins, research updates from the 2077AI community, and industry commentary on frontier AI model developmentsMonitor hot topics and daily developments in the AI domain, including model releases and new benchmark papersPromote recruiting materials for 2077AI research internships across multimodalities such as text, image, video, 3D, coding, and agent-related tracksManage and grow the 2077AI Discord server and Slack community by moderating conversations, posting announcements, highlighting community contributions, and coordinating events such as office hours, mentorship sessions, and workshopsCreate marketing materials using tools like Canva, Figma, or PhotoshopMaintain decks, banners, event posters, and social graphicsSupport major conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ICLR, AAAI, and industry events like CES and GTCCoordinate meetups, happy hours, and community-facing initiatives with partnersSkills1 to 3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media managementExperience in growth hacking and experimentationExperience building automation systems or hacking-based workflowsStrong awareness of trending topics and timing, especially within fast-moving AI and technology spacesProficiency with design tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similarExcellent writing skills with the ability to simplify complex or technical ideasStrong aesthetic judgment for layout, color, and brand consistencyFamiliarity with analytics tools for tracking engagement and performancePassion for AI, machine learning, or frontier technologiesAbility to interpret high-level technical concepts (datasets, benchmarks, models) and translate them into accessible contentExperience managing Discord or Slack communities, particularly those with technical audiencesBenefitsEquityComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, flexible work schedule)Company OverviewAbaka AI provides accurate and efficient AI data services, including data collection, data cleaning, data annotation, and OTS datasets.
