Our client, a growing and forward-thinking insurance brokerage, is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead new business marketing strategy and execution. This is not a traditional "insurance marketing" role, it's a revenue-focused, demand-generation position designed to accelerate growth and expand market presence.

The Opportunity
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will own and execute initiatives that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand visibility, and support business development efforts. You'll partner closely with leadership and sales teams to design and implement marketing strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth.

What You'll Do
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities
• Build and optimize lead generation funnels (digital, email, events, partnerships, referrals, etc.)
• Collaborate with sales/business development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
• Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to track, nurture, and convert leads
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI
• Oversee website, content, and digital presence to enhance brand visibility and inbound traffic
• Develop messaging and positioning that differentiates the firm in a competitive market
• Manage external vendors and marketing partners as needed
What You Bring
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing
• Proven experience driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, social, email, SEO, etc.)
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Strong project management skills and ability to execute independently
• Entrepreneurial, proactive approach; you enjoy building and improving systems
Insurance industry experience is not required. We're looking for modern marketing expertise and a growth-oriented mindset.
