[Remote] Growth Marketing Director

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BeMo Academic Consulting is seeking an experienced and strategic Growth Marketing Director to lead their marketing function. The role involves managing a team to achieve lead generation targets and collaborating with the CEO to refine marketing strategies. Responsibilities • Manage, coach, and hold accountable all marketing team members (marketing manager, email specialist, data analyst, ad specialists) and content team members (content manager and creators) • Ensure weekly sprints, tasks, and KPIs are consistently met, reviewing work quality and effectiveness • Strategically guide and assist the paid ads and content teams to consistently achieve quarterly lead generation targets • Collaborate directly with leadership to create compelling, innovative offers and detailed instructions for marketing execution • Continuously monitor marketing metrics and proactively adjust strategies to ensure sustained growth and performance • Provide weekly reports and insights clearly outlining marketing team performance, challenges, and recommendations • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and results-driven culture within the marketing team • Ensure flawless creation of ad directions, posting and optimization • Ensure flawless creation of split test direction and execution Skills • Minimum of 7+ years of proven leadership experience in digital marketing, ideally within high-growth companies • Demonstrated experience successfully managing and coaching multi-functional marketing teams, including paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, content, and video production • Deep understanding of key marketing metrics, data analysis, and proven ability to translate insights into measurable actions • Strong track record of consistently hitting or exceeding aggressive lead generation and revenue goals • Exceptional ability to create compelling marketing offers and strategies with clear execution plans • Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple priorities, and teams effectively in a remote work environment • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills, with a clear track record of fostering high-performing teams • Preferred Education: Masters or PhD level Benefits • Comprehensive health, dental, and disability insurance benefits for full-time team members. • Generous self-directed vacation policy for full-time team members. • $1,000 yearly professional development fund for full-time team members. • Bi-annual team dinners and fun events.
