Compunnel Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with expertise in producing email-ready visual assets for their Consumer Experience Organization. The role involves optimizing brand materials and leveraging Adobe tools to create digital content for marketing activations while ensuring adherence to brand standards. Responsibilities • Rework, resize, restyle, and repurpose existing brand assets for email templates and digital touchpoints • Create responsive email graphics and well-organized, layered Photoshop files using approved brand libraries • Develop modular, scalable design components for reuse across CXO programs and campaigns • Use Adobe Firefly to generate new visual assets, produce variations, and craft complementary imagery that aligns with brand guidelines and compliance needs • Deliver rapid-turn creative concepts using Firefly’s generative capabilities • Ensure all deliverables strictly adhere to the Client’s brand standards across the portfolio • Collaborate closely with activation leads, marketing partners, and brand teams to support CXO-level initiatives Skills • 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with strong capabilities in email-optimized asset creation • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including layer management, exporting, and file optimization • Experience using Adobe Firefly or similar generative tools to produce or enhance digital assets • Proven experience adapting and reusing existing brand assets, design systems, and campaign materials across digital touchpoints • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience Company Overview • Compunnel Inc. is where AI-native solutions meet human ingenuity, helping enterprises reimagine talent, technology, and growth.
