[Remote] GRAPHIC DESIGNER & DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

They are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join their team as an entry-level Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist, combining creativity with digital marketing expertise to support brand identity and drive member engagement. Responsibilities Create visually stunning designs for various marketing materials, including email campaigns, branding materials, print collateral, and social media graphics Utilize graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality designs Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design assets Collaborate with the broader team to conceptualize and design engaging visual content Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (email, newsletter, website, social media) Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to identify new opportunities Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis Manage and update social media channels with both organic and paid content Track and report on digital marketing performance metrics Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent visual communication and design skills Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience with email marketing software (Marketing Cloud preferred) Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies Passion for or interest in luxury travel and the ability to understand and represent the brand's aesthetic Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field preferred Benefits Company-paid medical and dental benefits Company-matched 401(k), up to 6% of salary matched by Four Hundred Paid time off (per year): 12 vacation days 9 bank holidays 6 sick days $75 per month stipend towards phone bill coverage Annual incentive bonus, 3% of annual base salary Company Overview Four Hundred is an intimate, membership-based community consisting of innovators, visionaries & pioneers of industry.
