[Remote] Grant and Program Coordinator

The Grant and Program Coordinator role is essential for managing day-to-day operations of various grant programs, ensuring compliance, and supporting outreach efforts to enhance program delivery.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day operations for MappNet, PRISM, and Beyond The Weather programsPrepare for and attend required partner meetings with organizations such as Health Resources and Services Administration and University of MontanaManage follow-up actions, documentation, and reporting requirementsEnsure all contractual obligations, deadlines, and compliance standards are metTrack budgets, process invoices, and submit financial reports to funding agenciesMaintain accurate program data across systems and databasesResearch and identify resources or best practices from other states to enhance program deliveryCoordinate and execute webinars, office hours, and educational sessionsManage logistics including scheduling, Zoom setup, registration, and communicationsPlan and support conference sponsorships, materials, and event presenceCoordinate with internal teams on marketing and promotional materialsManage swag, vendors, and event-related resourcesSupport ongoing curriculum and program improvementsConduct in-person outreach to clinics, providers and associations across MontanaAttend conferences and other marketing events as necessaryBuild relationships with community partners and healthcare organizationsIdentify opportunities for sponsorships, partnerships, and visibilitySupport outreach campaigns and engagement strategiesTest and implement new ideas to increase program participation and impactSkillsBachelor's degree in business administration, public health, project management, or a related fieldExperience in program coordination, project management, grant work, or marketing preferredFamiliarity with grant budgeting, reporting, and compliance is a plusStrong organizational and time management skillsClear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceAbility to learn new systems and tools quicklyBenefits100% remote work120 hours of paid vacation40 hours of sick timeYour birthday off with pay9.5 paid holidays401(k) with company match100% employer-paid employee-only premiums for medical, dental, vision, and accidental insuranceHSA plan optionStock optionsCompany-provided equipmentCompany OverviewFrontier Psychiatry is a telepsychiatry practice dedicating to improving access to care in rural and frontier communities.
