Remote Global Site Administrator - American Express

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Site Administrator to support our American Express client management team and customer contacts on a day-to-day basis. As a key liaison between client management and service delivery, you will ensure seamless online program connectivity and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Provide online tool support for day-to-day travel program requirements and escalation support
Function as the key liaison between client management and service delivery to ensure online program connectivity
Interact and support clients in online special projects and day-to-day requests, including basic program management and issue resolution
Manage site administration for online booking tool and profile tool sites globally
Analyze transaction types, fulfillment processes, and user requests to increase adoption and reduce transactional touch
Develop and conduct client seminars regarding online tools and provide second-level support services
Maintain relationships with client technical contacts to ensure timely resolution of user issues
Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of the business travel industry
Experience with Concur OBT, CONNECT Portal, SABRE GDS, and Correx
Extensive customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities with good time management skills
What We Offer:
Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $120,000 per year
