[Remote] Genesys Cloud Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ascii Group, LLC is seeking a Genesys Cloud Developer to work on various aspects of IVR call flow design and integration with CRM tools. The role involves developing bot flows, configuring Genesys tools, and analyzing call flows to optimize performance.
