Role: – Genesys Cloud Architect Bill Rate: $83/hour C2C Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months/ long-term Interview Criteria: Telephonic + Skype Direct Client Requirement Job Details Solution Design & Architecture: · Design, architect, and implement Genesys Cloud-based contact center solutions based on customer requirements and best practices. · Develop scalable, efficient, and reliable architectures that meet business needs. · Collaborate with clients to understand their contact center and business requirements. · Provide leadership on how to best integrate the Genesys Cloud with other systems (CRM, WFM, etc.). Deployment & Configuration: · Lead the deployment of Genesys Cloud solutions, ensuring a smooth transition from design to operational environment. · Configure the Genesys Cloud environment (omnichannel, routing, reporting, etc.) to meet customer-specific requirements. Technical Expertise & Support: · Serve as the technical expert on Genesys Cloud, providing guidance and support throughout the lifecycle. · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Genesys Cloud configurations and integrations. · Ensure that the system design adheres to performance, scalability, and security standards. Integration & Customization: Integrate Genesys Cloud with various third-party applications, CRM systems, and databases. Customize workflows, reporting, and routing as needed to meet client needs.
