As a Remote Fundraising Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
Making outbound fundraising calls to existing and potential donors using a scripted approach
Processing credit card gifts and working with our coaching team to optimize success
Recording donor information accurately and efficiently in our computer system
Coding calls correctly to ensure data integrity
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A reliable computer or laptop, USB headset, and Ethernet cord
A stable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to work independently
