[Remote] Functional Consultant (Mid-Level, ERP/HCM)

The role involves supporting HCM implementations, documenting business processes, creating UAT scripts, and assisting in requirement gathering and go-live readiness. Responsibilities • Support HCM implementations by gathering and documenting business requirements. • Develop clear and structured process documentation and testing materials. • Execute UAT testing and ensure test scripts are validated and traceable. • Participate in client meetings, system demos, and go-live support. • Contribute to internal best practices and knowledge documentation. • Translate business needs into logical system configurations and workflows. Skills • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field. • 2–5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst. • Experience working with HCM platforms (Rippling, Workday, UKG, ADP, etc.). • Experience in creating documentation, UAT test scripts, and process mapping. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into functional system configurations. • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. • 2+ years of experience leading or coordinating small project workstreams or teams. • Experience in multi-country HR system implementations or environments with complex workflows. • Expertise in HR concepts and workflows (benefits, time tracking, payroll processes). • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
