As a key member of our Centralized Services team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. About the Role We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Data Entry Representative. As a remote employee, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM MST. You'll be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying patient referral data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and verify patient referral data into various systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Review and verify data entered into the database to ensure accuracy and consistency. Process faxes and other documentation in a timely and efficient manner. Confirm that medical scripts and referral documentation have the correct procedures listed. Effectively communicate with Center employees to resolve any discrepancies or issues. Perform other duties as assigned by the Centralized Services Supervisor. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or data entry, preferably in the healthcare industry. Proficient speed and accuracy with data entry (9,000+ KSPH). Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED); continuing education is preferred. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a fast-paced team environment. Knowledge of radiology or healthcare operations. Proficiency in multiple software applications and systems.
