Job Responsibilities:
Navigate user feedback and market research to develop features that deliver a great user experience
Design feature systems and their engineering architecture for web, app, and front-end needs
Take key decisions and troubleshoot difficult product problems
Collaborate with internal teams including design, product, and engineering to enhance the UX
Mentor other engineers and lend... valuable technical leadership in specific areas
Analyze data and market trends to set up large, complex features for company success
Job Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
Demonstrable experience with React libraries, frameworks, and stacks
Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Python or Node.Js experience would be a plus
Excellent CS fundamentals and strong engineering skills
Able to fix bugs, review, design, write, and test code, as well as diagnose production issues
Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams
Great documentation skills and a growth mindset
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Undeterred under the schedule pressure
