Remote Full Stack Engineer, Crypto - Cross River

What we're looking for We are on a mission to build the infrastructure that propels access, inclusion and the democratization of financial services. We are hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer who can build the first Cross River’s crypto products. The ideal candidate has financial product experience and a passion for innovation. You will be at the forefront of field development in delivering our crypto products, working closely with our product, research, and capital markets teams on business-driven development. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success building both back-end and front-end stacks from the ground up. The ideal candidate has significant experience integrating, wrapping, and exposing APIs to serve them to our customers. You will join an exciting, newly formed, crypto team that deeply cares about growing with people who question assumptions, have strong judgement, execute fast, take ownership, act responsibly, help the team advance and improve its standards. Responsibilities You will work with Product Managers and Designers to build our crypto offering from the ground up. You will define the product stack for our new crypto offering, which will be an additional and connected layer to our core banking infrastructure. You will test, learn, and iterate fast by exposing subsequent versions of the product to key stakeholders. You will set directions and goals for the team regarding project impact, product quality, and engineering efficiency. You will help the Engineering team grow, onboard new members, provide membership and establish success. Minimum qualifications • 2-5 years of programming experience • Experience building a product from the ground up • Experience leading major initiatives successfully • Experience designing, wrapping, integrating APIs • Experience with full-stack development (Java, Python, C++, Angular, NodeJs, Html5, JavaScript, etc.) Apply tot his job
