Position Overview: As a Full Desk Recruiter at Accountants One, you will manage the complete recruitment process in a collaborative environment focused on both individual and team success. Your responsibilities will include a balanced mix of marketing calls, client visits (when appropriate), candidate interviews, networking, and recruiting'all while having the autonomy to set and achieve your own realistic targets. Our management team is dedicated to supporting your success, and we provide comprehensive training to help you thrive in your role while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Qualifications:
? A minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial or Administrative Recruiting / Staffing.
? Demonstrated high integrity, commitment to exceptional customer service, and a focus on long-term outcomes.
? Proven track record in placements is highly valued; an established network of placeable candidates is an advantage.
? A background in Accounting/Finance is a plus.
? Ability to effectively source accounting and financial professionals.
? Strong ethics, determination, and drive are essential, along with an aptitude for teamwork and innovative thinking.
