Responsibilities:
Identify and attract highly qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific construction and architecture roles.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements, job descriptions, and project specifications.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in construction and architecture regulations.
Actively build and maintain relationships with construction and architecture professionals, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
Negotiate and finalize job offers.
Achieve personal and team recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full-Cycle Recruiter.
Deep understanding of the US market, including knowledge of key players, market trends, and industry-specific terminology.
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates, with a strong network of industry contacts is a PLUS.
Excellent sourcing and screening skills, with the ability to identify top talent and match them to the right job opportunities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, clients, and colleagues.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with recruitment tools.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
