Job Summary

Chewy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Personalized Customer Gifting Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the processing, customization, and delivery of personalized gifts for our valued customers. You will act as the bridge between our customers, fulfillment teams, and vendors to ensure a seamless gifting experience. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end fulfillment process for personalized customer gifts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Review personalization requests for accuracy and quality assurance before dispatch.

Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, or discrepancies.
