Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Software Engineer ā Frontend to create high-quality prompts for client-side applications and contribute to AI training tasks. The role involves collaborating with teams to ensure the quality and consistency of frontend development scenarios.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Create high-quality, self-contained prompts for client-side web applications, games, tools, and simulations
ā¢ Build precise, binary evaluation rubrics tagged by verification type for frontend AI training tasks
ā¢ Ensure all rubric criteria are pass or fail and verifiable via screenshot and code inspection
ā¢ Apply frontend engineering expertise to train AI models on real-world UI correctness, interactivity, state management, and robustness
ā¢ Contribute to structured datasets that improve AI performance on client-side development scenarios
ā¢ Collaborate asynchronously with research and engineering teams to refine task quality and consistency
Skills
ā¢ Strong experience in frontend or full-stack development or technical content creation
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
ā¢ Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or vanilla JavaScript
ā¢ Ability to write precise technical specifications and evaluation criteria
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and comfort working with verification-driven workflows
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a fully remote, project-based environment
