Address billing inquiries and process payments over the phone.
Handle issue resolution in a professional and timely manner.
Communicate updates about service issues by coordinating with the appropriate teams.
Social Media Management Responsibilities:
In addition to customer service, the candidate will also be responsible for managing our social media presence, which includes:
Developing and scheduling engaging social media content across platforms.
Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Analyzing social media metrics and reporting on campaign performance.
Researching and implementing new trends to enhance social media engagement.
Collaborating with the team to align social media strategies with company goals.
Creating and maintaining a content calendar for consistent posting.
Running paid social media advertisements, if necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
