Remote Freight Broker
ā¢ We can hire candidates in the following states: Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Utah, Kentucky, Florida, and Texas.
This is a fast-moving, independent sales role designed for someone who excels at building relationships and driving revenue. Youll focus on prospecting, selling, and growing your book of business, while a dedicated operations team handles sourcing trucks, tracking, and billing.
Remote Freight Broker Benefits and Compensation:
ā¢ Monthly commission structure:
ā¢ 10% of GM between $10,001$20,000
ā¢ 20% of GM between $20,001$30,000
ā¢ 30% of GM over $30,001+
ā¢ 401(k) with 5% company match
ā¢ Paid time off and holidays
ā¢ Fully remote role
ā¢ Operations support for all carrier and back-office functions
Remote Freight Broker Requirements & Qualifications:
ā¢ 2+ years of inside sales experience in third-party logistics (3PL)
ā¢ Required: Existing FTL book of business
ā¢ Proven ability to generate your own leads and build lasting client relationships
ā¢ Skilled at quoting freight, pricing shipments, and closing deals
ā¢ Strong understanding of market capacity and rate negotiation
Remote Freight Broker Preferred Background & Skills:
ā¢ Previous success in roles focused heavily on cold outreach and client acquisition
ā¢ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
ā¢ Highly motivated by performance-driven goals and earnings
