About the role We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our founding team. Someone who is deeply technical and passionate about the untapped creative possibilities of generative AI. What we are looking for in a candidate • Senior level Machine Learning Engineer, preferably with a focus on image generation. • Past work showing creative uses of Machine Learning • An interest and appreciation of compelling visuals, beauty, and aesthetics. • Strong Python and PyTorch skills with an ability to rapidly prototype ideas and refine towards production. • Ability to adapt existing innovative ML models and train/fine-tune models in novel settings, for example a new data domain or implementing on-device • Experience with data manipulation and data pipelining. • Outstanding ability to communicate your ideas to designers, engineers, and leadership through storytelling, visuals, and presentations. • Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and working in a rapidly changing environment. • Passionate about new technology and desire to push the boundaries of what’s possible. • Ability to clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high fidelity comps, and prototypes. • Highly collaborative and proactively seeks out feedback to incorporate into your work. • Familiarity with 3D graphics, geometry and classical CV concepts a plus. • Examples of original generative AI artwork a plus.
