Our team says it’s the best of both worlds….ClinChoice is searching for a Formula Regulatory Review Associate Consultant with REMOTE option in CANADA for 12 months CONTRACT, to join one of our major consumer products clients.ClinChoice is a global full-service CRO with a strong focus on quality, professional development, and supportive culture. We are currently seeking a Formula Regulatory Review Associate to join our Regulatory Affairs team and support the review and approval of cosmetic formulations in compliance with global regulations.Key Responsibilities:• Review and assess cosmetic product formulations for regulatory compliance with global standards (e.g., US, EU, Canada, Asia-Pacific).• Ensure ingredient usage complies with regional restrictions, prohibitions, and concentration limits.• Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, and Quality teams to ensure formulas meet regulatory and safety requirements.• Maintain accurate documentation and records of formula assessments.• Stay current with cosmetic regulatory changes and provide guidance to cross-functional teams.• Support the preparation of product information files, safety assessments, and regulatory submissions as needed.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a Technical discipline such as Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related Physical Sciences.• Minimum 1 year of relevant regulatory experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or consumer goods industry.• Working knowledge of cosmetic ingredient regulations (e.g., INCI, EU Cosmetic Regulation, FDA guidelines).• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret regulatory frameworks.• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and regulatory databases.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with global cosmetic regulatory systems (e.g., EU CPNP, US MoCRA, etc.).• Familiarity with formulation software or databases.ClinChoice Canada Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, valuing and respecting diversity.
