We are seeking a talented and experienced Tax Recruiter to join our team on a remote basis. Key Responsibilities:

Utilize a combination of behavioral interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate suitability and potential.
? Process Management and Optimization: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree
? Proven experience as a recruiter
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
