[Remote] Financial Operations Associate Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ensemble Health Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems. The Financial Operations Analyst is primarily responsible for collecting, resolving issues, and organizing data to ensure invoicing and accrual deadlines are met, while also supporting new client onboarding and analyzing data for performance opportunities.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Assists new client onboarding process through contract review, interpretation, and documentation for key sections related to invoicing
ā¢ Ensure data for client invoicing and accruals are completed on time, within the scope, and all barriers are communicated to the appropriate parties
ā¢ Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of the data being reported
ā¢ Identify performance opportunities through detailed data review, proactive auditing, and reconciling
ā¢ Analyzes variances and trends to identify problems and trends
ā¢ Informs leadership of potential issues/findings after analysis of data
ā¢ Anticipates leadership needs by gathering records, reports, data, and correspondence for accurate reporting
ā¢ Provides ad hoc reporting as needed
ā¢ Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
ā¢ 3-5 years data analytics or 3-5 years related experience in healthcare or financial analysis
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal skills required to communicate with internal/external customers
ā¢ Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills
ā¢ Demonstrated critical thinking, creativity, problem solving and decision-making skills
ā¢ Must be analytical, perform computations accurately and quickly, identify and compute ratios and percentages
ā¢ Strong data skills
ā¢ Proficiency with MS Excel
ā¢ Business or Accounting experience, preferably in healthcare
ā¢ Knowledge of Revenue Cycle structure
ā¢ Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Finance / Accounting
ā¢ HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
